In February 2025, dozens of witnesses viewed and recorded an orb UFO appear and move at high speeds above their town in California, an event now featured on UFO Connect.
On first glance, there are some similarities between this object and what you might expect to see if a rocket were to launch; however those similarities end when the object moves horizontally across the scene; which of course no rocket could do.
Space X does regularly launch from Vandenberg Space Force Base in California, however no launches were conducted on the 20th February 2025, which is when this UFO sighting footage was taken, not to mention this recording was taken hundreds of miles away from the Vandenberg Space Force Base.
The event remains a mystery and has been added to our collection of verified UFO sighting reports, alongside cases such as Glowing UFO Hovering over Water in Hawaii.
