UFO Connect processes verified requests to know or delete information within 45 days, with possible extensions of an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary and with appropriate notice. Our verification procedures balance the need for certainty with minimizing additional data collection, varying in stringency based on the sensitivity of the information requested and the potential harm from unauthorized access. 

For consumers wishing to opt out of the sale of personal information, we provide a clear and conspicuous “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” link on our homepage and privacy policy page, leading to a simple mechanism for exercising this right. We respect these choices for a minimum of 12 months before requesting authorization to resume sales.
